For Japanese-to-English translation, for example, having an English native speaker translate and a bilingual Japanese native speaker cross-check often produces an accurate and natural English translation. However, translation by a native speaker of the target language is not always best. When the source is very difficult or requires a deep understanding unique to Japanese, as with medical or literary texts, it may be better for a Japanese native speaker to translate, with an English native speaker checking to make the English natural. For other languages too, we support quality with the optimal process design for each project, from creating a project brief to selecting translators, setting up checks and delivery.
